Our Wednesday Night Dinner series continues with Rosemary Pork Loin. The pork loin is brined and slow roasted with garlic and rosemary so it’s tender and juicy. Served with Braised Red Cabbage. The vegetarian add-on is Savory Spinach and Cheese Bread Pudding.
The dessert add on is Bread Pudding with Apple Cake.
