Join Chef Jeff Butler for a Pig Butchery Demo, and learn all about pig butchery and pork cuts. You’ll also learn about meat grinding, with a feature on Breakfast Sausage.
Participants are invited to participate with questions, but will not be handling raw meat or knives.
The 1-hour class includes:
-Lesson on (one-half) pig butchery and pork cuts
-Demonstration of meat grinding and mixing of Breakfast Sausage
-1 LB of Breakfast Sausage to take home
The class is BYO, and only canned beverages will be allowed for safety purposes.
Demo will be held in a working kitchen and non-slip shoes are strongly suggested.
Note: The class size is limited to TWELVE (12) participants.
Class starts promptly at 6PM. There will be no refunds for no-shows.
